Many churches are politically structured with a system that is geared towards maintaining status quo and giving power to position-minded people, often limiting the the authority and leverage of those who are called to lead.

 

However, we are united under and built on one vision... to be a contemporary, progressive, affirming, Christian church. We will passionately defend and protect our unity and that vision. We will not offer "membership" to our church. We are less of a church and more of  table where all are welcome to share in our life and ministry together. The church is governed by a board of pastors appointed by the pastor(s) and staff.
